- names of parents, carers, children and young people
- addresses and contact details
- dates of birth

- childcare information
- information relating to Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans
- information required to assess eligibility for services
We only collect information that is necessary to provide the requested service.

Information provided through the portal may be used to:
- process school applications
- assess eligibility for early years funding and childcare support
- support childcare provider enquiries and registrations
- manage Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan processes

School in-year applications
Information submitted through the portal is used to process school admission applications, assess eligibility and communicate application outcomes.
30 hours childcare eligibility
Information is used to assess eligibility for 30 hours funded childcare and support the administration of childcare funding.
2 year old childcare eligibility
Information is used to assess eligibility for funded childcare for eligible 2 year olds.
Childcare provider interest registrations
Information is used to help families identify and connect with childcare providers and services.
Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan participation
Information provided through the EHC section of the portal is used to support the assessment, review and delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans.
Sharing your information
Information may be shared where necessary with organisations involved in delivering education, childcare and special educational needs services, and where required by law.
Personal information is only shared where there is a lawful basis to do so.
How long we keep your information
Information will be retained in accordance with the council's retention policies and statutory requirements.
