Ealing’s Education Health and Care Plans (EHC) Parent and Young Persons Portal is an additional tool for parents/carers and young people to view their Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment and Plan as it progresses.
Please speak to your SENCO if they are thinking of requesting an assessment and would like to use the portal.
If you have been prompted to use the portal by your allocated EHC Co-Ordinator, you will need to sign in or create an account in order to access this function.
Please note that parents/carers will only be able to access the portal if an assessment request that has been submitted by an educational setting (ERSA) has been agreed at this time.
